How to use this race plan
The official format is a 1 km run followed by one functional station, repeated eight times for 8 km and eight stations. Use recent training splits rather than best-ever efforts.
- Set a conservative first-kilometer pace that still leaves enough control for the sleds and burpees.
- Use transition time for Roxzone movement, equipment setup and brief pauses.
- Focus training on the longest station or the largest share of total time.
