Editorial Policy
Our standard is simple: every page should help a reader create, compare or decide.
Originality
We write original explanations, calculators, checklists and prompt frameworks. We do not republish other sites’ articles, news reports, prompt lists or rankings, and we do not create near-duplicate pages for every keyword variation.
Research, AI assistance and testing
AI assistance may be used to brainstorm examples, outlines or first drafts for some guides. We edit and check published material against the page's purpose, add task-specific instructions and examples, and remove claims we cannot substantiate. We do not publish generated text or prompt lists unchanged as a substitute for original guidance.
Tool pages describe what their controls do, provide practical review steps and state important limitations. The prompt builders and calculators use rules in the page; they do not send visitor entries to an AI model or external image service. We check that the published controls produce the type of output described. The generated text is a draft, not a verified recommendation or a connection to an external platform. For changing product details, guides identify provider sources and review dates where available.
Comparison pages separate provider-stated features from our own observations. A workflow-fit result or blank scorecard is a planning aid, not a product benchmark. We do not claim a hands-on product test unless the page identifies the task, account or plan, version, date, test inputs, scoring criteria and measured results so readers can reproduce it.
How we review a page for usefulness
Before a substantial update, we check whether the page solves one distinct reader task and gives the reader a way to act on the answer. A page should explain its inputs and output, show a task-specific example or a repeatable comparison method, and state what the tool or guide cannot establish. We narrow overlapping pages instead of treating extra wording as extra value.
- Interactive tools: explain the controls, calculation or text-building rules and how to review the result.
- Comparisons and changing product details: link provider claims to primary sources, date the review and separate those claims from our own tests. We call a page an independent test only when its method and measured results are disclosed.
- Site navigation: keep canonical pages linked from the relevant directory and remove obsolete addresses from the sitemap when they redirect.
October 15, 2026 review: We checked all 24 URLs in the current sitemap for a distinct page purpose and content suited to the page type: worked examples or methods for tools and guides, and clear information or instructions for support and policy pages. We also checked canonical URLs and internal links, then rechecked the current model name and preview status on the two time-sensitive comparison pages against provider documentation. That review corrected the Gemini image-model version and Canva AI 2.0 availability description.
October 24 tool review
We captured ten current text-builder outputs with full example settings, generated one product-concept image from the exact photo prompt, and documented observed invented details. We also checked price recovery, a revenue scenario and subscription totals. The tool lab distinguishes actual artifacts from hypothetical inputs and proposed follow-up tests. No provider benchmark or audience-growth result is claimed.
Finished files and local processing
The thumbnail studio combines an image selected on your device with text and exports a PNG. It does not upload the file to an AI model. The speaking-time calculator separates a word-rate assumption from a timer-based rehearsal; it does not record audio. These functions are described separately from prompt-only text builders so visitors know what result they can actually obtain.
Topics we avoid
We do not chase private celebrity matters, unsupported rumors, adult or gambling traffic, deceptive financial promises, unsafe medical advice, copyright infringement or instructions that facilitate harm. High search interest alone is not enough to justify publication.
Advertising and affiliate disclosure
Google AdSense code is configured on the site; Google controls whether advertising is served. We do not currently use affiliate links, accept payment for rankings or publish paid placements. If affiliate links or sponsorships are introduced, the relationship will be identified on the relevant page and will not determine comparison results.
Corrections
Readers can report a factual error or unclear instruction through our contact page. We review reported issues and correct material errors. Prices, free-plan limits, licensing, privacy terms and platform features can change; confirm them with the provider before relying on them.
Responsible AI
We discourage impersonation, deceptive evidence, non-consensual likeness use and prompts that copy living artists or protected characters.
